CANCELLATION - We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment. - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee. - The cancellation fee will be 100% of the total service cost and will be charged to the credit card on file or you can Venmo. RESCHEDULING - If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice. - We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a new appointment time that works for you. - Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% rescheduling fee of the total cost of the service. The card on file can be charged or you can Venmo the payment. LATE - There is a 10 minute grace period. If you’re more than 10 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule and charged a 50% rescheduling fee. Otherwise you will be charged 100% of your service. NO-SHOW - Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be considered a "no-show." - A no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the total service cost will be charged to the credit card on file or client can Venmo. - Repeat no-shows may result in being unable to schedule future appointments with Glazed by Nori. DEPOSIT - ALL clients are required to put down a non-refundable deposit of $25 at the time of booking to secure your appointment. - Deposits will be applied towards the total cost of services rendered on the day of the appointment. - Please note that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and CANNOT be transferred.
